Return & refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because skincare products touch your skin, we follow clear hygiene rules for returns.

When we accept a return

• The product arrived damaged, broken or leaking
• The product is defective
• You received a wrong or missing item

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (or an unboxing video) of the product and the parcel.

When we cannot accept a return

• The product has been opened or used and is not damaged, defective or wrong (for hygiene reasons)
• The report reaches us more than 48 hours after delivery
• The product is not in its original packaging

Replacement or refund

After we check your report we send a replacement, or refund the amount paid for the product to your bKash or bank account within 7 working days. If the mistake was ours, we also cover the delivery charge.

Refused parcels

If you refuse a parcel at delivery without a valid reason, we may ask for an advance delivery charge on future orders.

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি

আপনার সন্তুষ্টি আমাদের কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। স্কিনকেয়ার পণ্য সরাসরি ত্বকে ব্যবহার হয় বলে রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা স্বাস্থ্যবিধির কিছু নিয়ম মেনে চলি।

যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয়

• পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভাঙা বা লিক অবস্থায় পৌঁছালে
• পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে
• ভুল পণ্য পেলে বা কোনো পণ্য কম পেলে

অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অর্ডার নম্বর এবং পণ্য ও পার্সেলের স্পষ্ট ছবি (বা আনবক্সিং ভিডিও) সহ আমাদের জানান।

যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয় না

• পণ্য খোলা বা ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে এবং তা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল নয় (স্বাস্থ্যবিধির কারণে)
• ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘণ্টা পরে জানানো হলে
• পণ্য মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে না থাকলে

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড

আপনার অভিযোগ যাচাই করার পর আমরা নতুন পণ্য পাঠাব, অথবা ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্যের মূল্য আপনার বিকাশ বা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে ফেরত দেব। ভুল আমাদের হলে ডেলিভারি চার্জও আমরা বহন করব।

পার্সেল গ্রহণ না করলে

যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণ ছাড়া ডেলিভারির সময় পার্সেল গ্রহণ না করলে পরবর্তী অর্ডারে অগ্রিম ডেলিভারি চার্জ চাওয়া হতে পারে।
