How do I place an order?

Add the products you like to your cart and press Check out. Enter your name, mobile number and delivery address, choose your area and payment method, and confirm. You will get an SMS with your order number, and we may call you to confirm the order.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. You pay the delivery rider when your parcel arrives.

Which other payment methods do you accept?

Besides cash on delivery you can pay online with bKash, or with cards and mobile banking through SSLCommerz, whenever these options are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka orders usually arrive in 1–2 working days, and outside Dhaka in 2–5 working days after confirmation.

How much is the delivery charge?

The delivery charge depends on your area (inside or outside Dhaka) and is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We sell only original products. If you ever have a doubt about a product you received, contact us and we will help.

Can I return or exchange a product?

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Please read our Return Policy for the details.

How can I track my order?

Use the Track your order page with your mobile number and order number. When your parcel is shipped we also send you an SMS with the courier tracking link.

How do I choose the right product for my skin?

Start with Shop by skin type on our home page, read the ingredients and usage on each product page, or message us — we are happy to help.

কীভাবে অর্ডার করব?

পছন্দের পণ্য কার্টে যোগ করে চেকআউট চাপুন। আপনার নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ডেলিভারির ঠিকানা লিখুন, এলাকা ও পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি বেছে নিয়ে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করুন। অর্ডার নম্বরসহ একটি SMS পাবেন, প্রয়োজনে আমরা ফোন করে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করব।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি আছে কি?

হ্যাঁ। সারা বাংলাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা আছে। পার্সেল হাতে পেয়ে ডেলিভারিম্যানকে টাকা দিন।

আর কোন পদ্ধতিতে পেমেন্ট করা যায়?

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ছাড়াও চেকআউটে অপশন দেখালে বিকাশ, অথবা SSLCommerz-এর মাধ্যমে কার্ড ও মোবাইল ব্যাংকিংয়ে অনলাইনে পেমেন্ট করতে পারবেন।

ডেলিভারি পেতে কত দিন লাগে?

অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর ঢাকার ভেতরে সাধারণত ১–২ কার্যদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ২–৫ কার্যদিবস লাগে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ কত?

ডেলিভারি চার্জ আপনার এলাকার (ঢাকার ভেতরে বা বাইরে) উপর নির্ভর করে এবং অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে চেকআউটে দেখানো হয়।

আপনাদের পণ্য কি আসল?

হ্যাঁ। আমরা শুধুমাত্র অরিজিনাল পণ্য বিক্রি করি। হাতে পাওয়া কোনো পণ্য নিয়ে সন্দেহ থাকলে আমাদের জানান, আমরা সাহায্য করব।

পণ্য ফেরত বা বদল করা যায় কি?

ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান। বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি পড়ুন।

কীভাবে অর্ডার ট্র্যাক করব?

আপনার মোবাইল নম্বর ও অর্ডার নম্বর দিয়ে অর্ডার ট্র্যাক করুন পেজে দেখুন। পার্সেল পাঠানোর পর কুরিয়ারের ট্র্যাকিং লিংকসহ SMS-ও পাঠানো হয়।
